My blogging friends Twyla and Lindsey from Twocrazycrafters.blogspot.com sent me this "Weight Loss Wand"... they know how much of a struggle it is to lose weight and this was so supportive of them. I was very touched. Twyla lost a large amount of weight several years ago and has kept it off which is really inspiration to me. If you read this thanks again Twyla!
