Cloverfield review

Just saw Cloverfield... very odd movie. It was as if the entire thing was filmed with a hand-held camera... a lot of shaky motion... parts of it showed destruction of New York... and made me recall 9/11. I'm not really sure if I liked this movie... the special effects were pretty awesome... especially when the Statue of Libertys head is knocked off and flies and lands in the street... damaged. And the creature was pretty original... all in all if you are into sci fi and very different movie making rent this. Otherwise... be warned... you may not appreciate it.
