I have been excited about baking this HUGE cupcake. I purchased the pan last month. This is an ambroisa cake... fill of pineapple, coconut and cherries. Frosting it was quite the challange. I'm no professional cake decorator as you can see... but I think it still is a cute cake! Happy Valentines Day bloggers!
