I saw this movie last night and I loved it. I remember seeing it in 1984 so knew I was in for a treat. I had forgotten much of it but got a kick out of seeing it again and remembering certain scenes. David Byrne of Talking Heads created this little mini-masterpiece and anyone who still has a bit of that rebellious spirit in them would love this movie. "Pop" Staples is in it and that man had a great voice. There are alot of hidden meanings in this movie you need to watch for. My favorite scene is the 'Hey Now' scene with the 4-H kids. This movie DOES take a poke at Texas but in a fun way. If you ever get a chance to see this movie I recommend it.
